| This is speculation most has not been verified John Doyle was born 1748, he died on June 3, 1837 in Tennessee, possibly married twice. Was in the Revolutionary War. Was mustered out in Maryland about 1780. Showed in Knoxville, Tennessee about 1800 with 7 kids, and without a wife. Sally lived with Dr. W Heartsill for awhile and later with Joseph Carter in 1900. The son James Doyle, around the age of 2 fell off a bridge and was swept away in the water, body never found. Jim Doyle was cleaning a water well slipped and fell into the well and drowned.
